Long before flowers bloom, and strolls around the park are decided, the year’s spring color is already set.

Beyoncé attended Glamour’s 2024 Women of the Year event in support of her mom, Tina Knowles, and she wore Sergio Hudson Spring 2025. A butter-yellow dolled-up retro look. Giving high glamour while keeping in line with the Rodeo Queen aesthetic for her album, Cowboy Carter.

It's a stunning choice, and one I decided to add to my wardrobe. During this time, we can see that other designers had the same idea about the color. A few of my favorite Spring 2025 looks include Samuel Gui Yang - look 1

With subtle backing from celebrities, like Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Timothee Chalamet, butter-yellow can be found all over Pinterest and TikTok. This trendy spring color is too fun to skip out on, and there are so many ways to incorporate it into your wardrobe.

A few options for spring:

  1. Cardigan

You can’t go wrong with a cardigan on a chilly spring day or brunch with friends; it is even the perfect work-appropriate color. Whether it is 100% cotton or cashmere (totally up to you!) the color is most important.

  1. Purses

The perfect accessory to your spring wardrobe. Gives a hint of color if you’re wearing white or neutrals, and completely pulls the look together.

  1. Headscarf

If your mood board is filled with women's fashion from the 1960s then you need a butter yellow headscarf. It has become the ultimate comeback staple accessory for your spring and summer wardrobe.

  1. Two-piece set

Who doesn’t love a two-piece set? I mean it takes the guesswork out of matching items with your top or bottom. It also looks seamless! I love to see a chic woman out and about in a set, the way the designer intended it to be worn.
